SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
June 14, 2016
A Special meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Unadilla, NE, was held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 in the Library at the Community Center. Notice of said meeting was given by posting in the three following places with the village: Countryside Bank, Post Office, and Community Center message board, not published in the Syracuse Journal-Democrat, or published on www.UnadillaNebraska.com. A copy of said notice was served to each member of the Planning Commission. Members present were: Steve Vodicka, Jason Schomerus, Chad Pester, Irene Rodaway and Matt Daharsh. Visitors: Dan Crownover.
The Meeting was called to order by President Steve Vodicka. He informed everyone where the Open Meetings Act poster was located.
- Due to a time deadline and financial considerations, the Planning Commission met to discuss and review building plans for the properties at 358 6th Street and 635 G Street submitted to the Village Board by Ed and Lori Goth. Village Board Chairman, Dan Crownover was present to answer any questions the Planning Commission had. After discussing and reviewing the plans, Pester made a motion to approve the plans, seconded by Schomerus, motion carried 4-0.
The next meeting will be July 21, 2016, 7:30 p.m., at the Village Library.
