VILLAGE OF UNADILLA

REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

October 20, 2016

            The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Unadilla, NE, was held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016 in the Library at the Community Center. Notice of said meeting was given by posting in the three following places with the village: Countryside Bank, Post Office, and Community Center message board, not published in the Syracuse Journal-Democrat, published on www.UnadillaNebraska.com. A copy of said notice was served to each member of the Planning Commission more than 10 days prior to the meeting date. Members present were: Steve Vodicka, Jason Schomerus, and Joseph Peterson. Absent and not voting: Matt Daharsh and Chad Pester.  Visitors: none.

            Schomerus made a motion to approve the July 21, 2016 minutes, Peterson seconded, and motion carried 3-0.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

            Building permits issued/pending:  Ashely Oelke, garage, Corey Schulze, fence, Greg Glathar, additional parking slab, Ed Goff, house.  Voyles decided not to build a shed on their property at this time.

            There were no Public Comments.

NEW BUSINESS

            Joseph Peterson was welcomed to the Planning Commission and given the Unadilla Comprehensive Development Plan and Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. 

            The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m. by a motion from Schomerus, seconded by Peterson, motion carried 3-0.

The next meeting will be January 19, 2017, 7:30 p.m., at the Village Library.
