Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes 4-21-2016

 

VILLAGE OF UNADILLA

REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

April 21, 2016

 

 

            The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Unadilla, NE, was held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2016 in the Library at the Community Center. Notice of said meeting was given by posting in the three following places with the village: Countryside Bank, Post Office, and Community Center message board, not published in the Syracuse Journal-Democrat, published on www.UnadillaNebraska.com. A copy of said notice was served to each member of the Planning Commission more than 10 days prior to the meeting date. Members present were: Steve Vodicka, Jason Schomerus, Chad Pester, Irene Rodaway and Matt Daharsh. Visitors: none

            Rodaway made a motion to approve the January 2016 minutes, Pester seconded, and motion carried 4-0.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

  1. Building Permits issued/pending:  Ashley Oelke.  If he would decide to build a garage he would need a permit for that, his existing permit does not have a garage on that plan.
  2. There were no Public Comments.

NEW BUSINESS

  1.  A building permit was discussed for a new deck and possible screened in area for Robert Lock. Tonya Johnson’s plan for a new garage was looked over and discussed.  The Planning Commission will recommend their approval to the Village Board.

            Pester made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Schomerus seconded, meeting adjourned at 7:45.

The next meeting will be July 21, 2016, 7:30 p.m., at the Village Library.
