Get well wishes to Galen Crawford. We hope your recovery is uneventful and speedy. As many of you know, he was struck while moving farm equipment on Highway #2. Continued wishes to everyone else who has been ill.
Thanks to Boy Scout Troop #337 for sprucing up the park on Saturday morning. They cut weeds, watered, mulched and trimmed trees. Plants were also added to the pollinator plot. This is a great service to our community. Thanks to all for getting up early on a weekend!
As of Monday morning, 9-28-2020, there were 152 cases of Covid in Otoe County, no numbers on how many were active cases and the death toll remains at 1.
Thank you to Jerry Wallen for initiating this project at our cemetery, and to Chad Pester for the tree and brush removal in the fence line.
