Bob Wilhelm reports 101 families were served by the Lincoln Food Bank this past Friday. He would like to thank everyone who showed up to help...many are helpers every month. It really does take a village!

Friday, 6-8-1923, The Otoe Union:
The southwest part of the county had almost 3" of rain. W.F. Taney was appointed to fill the vacancy on the Town Board. Village bills paid totaled $158.24. Children's Day was observed at both churches. Col. Massie was elected president of the Unadilla Horseshoe Association. Henry Horstman and family moved from Dunbar to Unadilla. (Their house was right east of where M.K. Meats is now located.)
