This past Sunday evening VFW Post 5547 and Legion Post 100 provided Rosarito's pizza and pop for Boy Scout Troop 337's meeting night.We wanted to show our appreciation for all their Scout troop does to support our Post's activities. They help with Memorial Day services, putting flags up and down at Park Hill, help with our flag disposal ceremonies, trash pickup along Highway 50 and much more. Thank you to this great group of young people and their leaders.

Mr. & Mrs. George Boettcher welcomed a baby daughter. Frank Orton passed away; he was born in New York and buried at Syracuse. Received .68 inches of rain, and "was quite welcome." Mr. & Mrs. Sam Pickerill returned from Ohio. "See Judge Carper for city or farm property...Prices right and quality good."
