Friends and neighbors surprised Peggy Leefers at the Library
Tuesday morning for her birthday. She thought we were all there to
put books away! The treats were all no calorie, and it was great
conversations and old stories; thanks Joyce & Frank!

We saw lots of Unadilla faces at the Lofte Theatre Friday night.
Although we had seen "Christmas at Leon's" before, it was even
better this time. Kudos to the cast and crew.

The Village Board met Wednesday evening and new member
Sharon Baker was sworn in. Chairman Crownover read a
resignation letter from Lynn Schomerus. Evan Wickersham from
JEO finalized the street plans and indicated that the bid for the
project would be let in mid to late January. The next order of
business was to reorganize as required by state statute; the
Clerk, Maintenance Supervisor, and 3 members of the Planning
Commission being reappointed. Then several projects were
discussed with no action being taken.
