NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Unadilla, Nebraska, will meet in a publicly convened session on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Library, 770 G Street, Unadilla, Nebraska. The agenda of subjects to be considered at said meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the Village Office.

1. Appoint new board member

2. Approve audit waiver

Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. Any persons needing special accommodations should contact the Village Office at least five days prior to the meeting date.

Friday, 12-27-1912, The Otoe Union:

Jake Mortimore moved to Iowa. Mrs. Charles Dorman went to

Ohio to visit her parents. In preparation to settle the estate of Anne

Rootham, Kerenhappuch Rootham and Elizabeth Rootham were

appointed execdutrices.

Friday, 1-3-1913, The Otoe Union:

Henry Muenster family (first house east of the telephone

office) was having a sale and moving to Colorado. M.W. Duncan,

Manford, OK, renewed his "Union" subscription for

another year.
