Unadilla Bill, braving temperatures below zero,

saw his shadow Monday morning, February 7. That means six

more weeks of winter! We hope it's not like this past weekend,

with 6-7" of snow and not being able to get to town for 2 days.

Friday, 2-5-1915, The Otoe Union:

"The girl's basket ball team defeated the boys Saturday

night, 44-32. Practice up boys, it seems to be needed."

A son was born to Fritz Mohlman. The old wood frame

District #20 schoolhouse was being auctioned off along with

four heating stoves. There was a large public auction on the

John Carper farm, also known as the Coddington farm,

5 miles south and 3 miles east of Unadilla, by the Scheel

Brothers who were moving to Fleming, Colorado.
